24-26 May 2024, Lucerne (SUI)
The World Rowing Cup II, held in Lucerne from May 24 to 26, 2024, showcased exceptional performances from crews using Filippi boats.
Dominating the event, Filippi boats secured 26 victories out of the 42 Olympic program heats. The newly launched “Performance” range, featuring the revolutionary monolithic carbon Aliante rigger, foot stretcher and seat, contributed to these impressive results.
Among the standout performances of the heats were the Australian women’s pair, New Zealand men’s single scull, the USA men’s four, and four Dutch crews who each won their respective heats. In the lightweight category, Ireland and the USA triumphed in the women’s single scull heats. In the Paralympic category, Filippi boats continued their success with four wins, including victories from Norway (PR1W1x), Ukraine and Italy (PR1M1x), and Israel (PR2Mix 2x).
Overall, Filippi boats were represented by 94 Olympic crews out of 155 and 19 Paralympic crews out of 25, underscoring the brand’s prominence and reliability.
